One of the favourite national dishes of Mexico. Mole Poblano, chicken covered in a chile & chocolate sauce. Served with Platano Maduro (fried ripe plantain). Not too spicy, not sweet! Loaded with flavour.
ROAST LAMB CASSEROLE
Slow roast Leg of Lamb cooked in a casserole of red wine, rosemary, Guajillo & Chipotle chiles, corn & green beans.
SLOW ROAST BELLY OF PORK
Chicharron!! The best cut of pork! cooked till the crackling is crispy and the meat is tender. Served with our Salsa Verde & Platano Maduro.
All the dishes are served with Mexican rice & potatoes, mixed salad & EL PANZON's beans.
