MOLE POBLANO: £8 - One of Mexico's favourite national dishes. Breast of chicken served with a traditional mole sauce of skilfully blended chillies, herbs, spices & chocolate!! Served with rice.
POLLO PIBIL: £9 - Tender breast of chicken marinated in orange & achiote with a hint of garlic, then cooked slowly in the oven with tomatos & onions in banana leaf. A true Yucatán special served with rice.
ALBONDIGAS: £7 - Mexican meatballs, cooked slowly on a savoury sauce of tomato, fresh herbs & guajillo chillies. Served with rice.
SNAPPER VERACRUZ: £8 - Fillet of Red Snapper, baked in the oven, with a rich salsa of peppers, olives & tomato. Served with rice.

Chile con Carne - Have you ever tried a real Chile? Scotch beef and a blend of up to 6 different peppers combined with our Mexican Black Beans produce this unique flavour.
Chile sin Carne (V) - 3 different types of beans and an extra special mix of herbs and spice.
Both served with REAL Mexican rice, EL PANZON's salad and finished off with cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Don't be scared it's not that spicy, but damn it's addictive!!!

PICADO: £7 - An all time favourite with EL PANZON. Based on Mexico's famous beef dish of Picadillo. This dish uses 6 different peppers, herbs & spices to flavour the beef, but minus the preserved fruit. Served over fried sliced potatoes & 2 fried eggs.
