BURRITO: £5 - 1x large 12" soft flour tortilla filled with meat or filling, Mexican rice, black beans, salsa, guacamole, sour cream & cheese. (A good meal!)
CHOICE OF FILLINGS - With this choice of fillings ... which one will you try first?
BEEF : Picado - Made using the most tender cut of Scotch beef, fried with onions, garlic, spice & a blend of peppers, beef to get addicted to.
CHICKEN : Pollo Tinga - Tender corn-fed chicken, cooked with Chipotle chilli & Tomatillo. Not too spicy, loaded with flavour.
PORK : Cerdo Tinga - Slowly roasted pork, shredded & finished off on the grill with salsa verde.
CHORIZO - An all time favourite, spicy pork sausage cured, sliced thin & dropped in a hot skillet.
KING PRAWN: Gamba Frita - Shelled king prawns battered & bread-crumbed, seasoned with garlic, lime & cilantro (coriander).
FISH : Pescado - Fillet of Pacific Cod in a lightly spiced batter, deep-fried.
CHILE SIN CARNE (V): EL PANZON's mixed bean Chilli, prepared with choice beans, slowly cooked with onions, garlic, tomato, chilli & our own magic mix of spice.
MUSHROOMS : Setas - Cooked with garlic, a little chilli & spice.
REFRITOS : Refried Beans - A true Mexican favourite! Black Turtle beans cooked slowly with Epazote & finished off in the skillet with a little chilli & Monterrey Jack cheese
BURRITO DELUX: £8 - Breast of chicken / beef steak, grilled & sliced, then served with sliced avocado, black beans, finished off with cheese, salsa of your choice & sour cream.
FAJITAS: £8 - Strips of beef / chicken cooked with sliced peppers & onions. Served with 4x soft flour tortillas, salsa, guacamole, sour cream & cheese.

HAMBURGUESAS INTERNACIONALES (Hamburgers) £6 - The Mexicans can't get away from them either! EL PANZON's 1/4 Kilo Burger, (9oz / 250g) of the most tender cut of Scotch beef. Burgers made proper!!

ENSALADA CÉSAR: Ceasar Salad: £6, with chicken +£2 - Originally created by César Cardinni, a restaurateur in Tijuana, Mexico in the 1920's. Romaine (Cos) lettuce, tossed in our dressing of olive oil with a hint of garlic, cheese, and a splash of lemon with cracked pepper corn and light flavour of anchovies. Served with crutons, olives & finished off with fresh shaved parmesan cheese.
ENSALADA DE FETA: Feta Cheese Salad: £7 - A delicious salad of lettuce, thin sliced red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, olives & feta cheese. Finished off with dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper & oregano.
ENSALADA EL PANZON: £5 - A tossed salad of tomatoes, spring onion, olives, chives, nopales (cactus), jalepeños & lettuce. Served with our dressing of olive oil, vinegar, parsley & flavoured with garlic.
