Clasico: Lightly fried tortillas with chorizo, fried eggs & finished off with Salsa Ranchera & cheese.
Northern style: Diced fried potatoes with chorizo, eggs, cilantro and finished off with parmesan cheese.
Picado: £7 An all time favourite with 'EL PANZON'. Based on Mexico's famous beef dish of Picadillo. This dish uses 6 different peppers, herbs & spices to flavour the beef, but minus the preserved fruit. Served over fried sliced potatoes & 2x fried eggs. This dish makes an excellent 'fry-up'!!

One of the biggest bacon sandwiches in London!! We use a whole pack of bacon! with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo & a fried egg

Served in bread bap with Chimichurri, the tastiest sausage you will ever have. The sausage is made with pure pork, with spring onion, parsley & garlic, and nothing else!!
LOS HUEVOS DEL PANZON: £6
Scrambled eggs with onion, tomato, mushroom & chive. Served on toast with guacamole, then finished off with cheese. Extra; with chorizo +£2
